Jamaican Hot Chocolate

Jamaican hot chocolate drink is made from cocoa beans, nutmeg, cinnamon, water, sweetened condensed milk (or freshly extracted coconut milk and sugar).  Traditionally,  this is served on Christmas morning for breakfast.
