The living area is a spacious open concept with a beautiful vaulted beam ceiling. The decor is strictly Colonial, as are the patio doors and windows which fill the room with natural sunlight.
There is plenty of comfortable seating to choose and a flat-screen cable television for days when you just want to chill out at home.
Three massive Haiku fans hang overhead to provide comfort for the tropical weather and the bookcase contains novels including Jamaican folklores and family games.
The villa also benefits from high-speed internet throughout.
Our dining room has comfortable seating for eight guests. You can easily spend an evening around the table, enjoying the food prepared by your personal chef and reminiscing with your family or girlfriends.
Our fully equipped and stocked kitchen has everything you need including to prepare breakfast, lunch and gourmet dinners.
However, during your stay at itti Barry we want you to completely relax and take a break from cooking, which is why we created an all-inclusive meals package.
We leave the kitchen and cooking to a personal chef although they will allow you to participate with the food preparation.

Chantilly Lace is a master-size en suite bedroom with a king-size platform bed, a wall-length reach-in closet, bathroom with walk-in shower and cosmetic table. It also has wall mounted air conditioning and fans to keep you cool, and a cable TV. The room has its exit door to the pool for your morning or evening cooling time and a lounge area for quiet reading or computer work. View Chantilly Lace bedroom.
Kiwi Green is a master-size en suite bedroom furnished with a king-size canopy bed for a full or partial enclosure, cable TV, wall-mounted air-conditioning and a fan to keep you cool. There is a lounge area with seating and books, and the en suite bathroom features a walk-in shower. View Kiwi Green bedroom.
Bancroft White is a small en suite bedroom with two twin-sized beds and a bathroom. It’s great for sleeping two people or can be joined to make one bed. It features wall-mounted air conditioning and fans to keep you cool, a cable TV, and wall closet. View Bancroft White bedroom.
Forever Lilac is a separate suite located off of the living room. The en suite bedroom features a queen-size bed, bathroom with walk-in shower, wall-mounted air-conditioner and fan to keep you cool, and a cable TV. The private swimming pool is located at the front of the home and has a depth of four feet. It’s not a size for swimming lengths, but is perfect for a dip with friends during the daytime, afternoon or evening, or when you just want to chill out and have a day off from the beach.
The cabana is the perfect place to relax by the pool and enjoy the Caribbean Sea breeze and the verandah provides seating to enjoy the cool breeze from the Caribbean Sea. This is where we recommend you enjoy your freshly prepared breakfast, served with poured-over Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee or tea, and of course, a traditional afternoon tea.
Afternoon tea is quintessential of Jamaican hospitality and is served once complimentary, during your seven (7) day stay with us.
Amenities in the villa include linens, towels, beach towels, and a housekeeper to care for your cleaning needs. Housekeeping services include one laundry for personal items, as part of your rental.
In addition we offer a concierge service (available at an additional charge) which includes booking island tours and activities, on-site spas and massages, chauffeur service and much more. Ask us for details when you book your stay.
Bamboo Blu Beach is the private beach located on Mammee Bay Estate, just a five minute walk from the villa. A beach cart is provided to carry your towels, etc.
itti Barry villa is close to many of Ocho Rios best-loved attractions, including Dunn’s River Falls, Dolphin Cove, Mystic Mountain Rainforest Zipline, and Bobsled Jamaica. Also found in the area, is Blue Hole, Green Grotto Caves, and Scotchies Jerk Center.
